This property is located in Via La Guardia, in Anacapri and can be reached by a driveway from the main road. It features a private car park. The property consists of 1.000 Sq.m. of outdoor spaces, arranged on terraces, partly with paved areas and partly with garden. The property is composed of two housing unities: the main Villa about 80 Sq.m. that needs to be refurbished and a comfortable outbuilding about 40 Sq.m, in the rough construction stage.
